Our villa has been lovingly furnished with plenty of details.
From experience of previous residences in several different
homes, we set great value upon furnishing and
utensils. Everything is readily available. We e.g.
installed an electrical pool heater. Other
houses only use a solar array for heating the
pool. Besides our terrace furniture are made
of valuable materials and not of plastic. In the
entire house, WLAN is available without any
additional costs so that you can simply surf
in the internet. Especially on vacation, you
set value upon comfort so we provide four
TV’s and three DVD players, included 1 blu ray
player - Players for the case when family want to
watch TV and everyone wants something different
(approx. 80 DVD movies in english available).
The lanai has a southern exposure
The house is situated on a
saltwater canal and has a direct
access to Gulf of Mexico
(access to sea without lock,
access with only one
bridge). Boat deck for landing
and moorings is
naturally provided. From house
to river, it is only a ca. 25
min. boat ride. Other houses
need up to 2 hours until
they reach the river..
